Lori Winn, President of Lakeside Realty, is a current member of the REALTOR Association. She has served as the Vermont Association Of Realtor’s State Director and sat on the Association Executive Committee in 2001 and 2002. Lori has served in many capacities on the local level, treasurer for two years, president elect and in 1998 served as the President of the Rutland County Board Of Realtors. After being president, she served as a local director.
Lori has kept up-to-date on the constant changes in real estate law and practice and adheres to the Realtor’s strict code of ethics. In 1998 Lori was awarded “REALTOR OF THE YEAR” and for a total of 5 years has achieved membership in the Honor Society in recognition of continued contributions, achievements in education and community service. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN AGENTS. Lori is committed to advanced education and has earned the following designations: CRS and GRI. Kellie Sykes, was born and raised in Rutland County, Vermont. She graduated from Champlain College in Vermont and she later married in Vermont. She and her husband Chris are now raising their two daughters, Emily Rose and Elizabeth Lillie right here in the Lakes Region. As a family they enjoy hiking, swimming, boating, skiing and four-wheeling.
Kellie is an avid runner and has completed one full marathon as well as several half marathons. She does an enormous amount of volunteering at the Wells Village School and brought the Girls on the Run program to the school. This upcoming year will be her 8th year coaching the program. She also volunteers her time coordinating the jisp program at the school. This presents the Wells Village school students with the opportunity to participate in ice skating lessons at Riley Rink in Manchester, VT and skiing lessons at Bromley mountain during the winter months. Not only does Kellie volunteer her time at the school, but also with the town of Wells helping to organize the Lights of Wells at Christmas time and participating in and finding sponsors for green up day in the spring.
